We’re looking for a finance-oriented profile with an analytical, rigorous, and detail-driven mindset, experienced in investor relations, to strengthen our Investor Relations & Fundraising function.

🚀 Your mission

You will manage relationships with current and prospective LPs, keep all fund financial and performance information up to date, and support fundraising processes for our investment vehicles.

💼 Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with new investors (private, institutional, family offices, public organizations).

• LP onboarding: coordinate subscription processes, KYC/AML, and legal documentation.

• Fund reporting: prepare and update capital calls, distributions, portfolio KPIs, NAV, IRR/TVPI/DPI/PME, among others.

• LP communications: draft newsletters, quarterly reports, portfolio updates, and ad-hoc materials.

• New vehicles fundraising: support pitch materials, data rooms, LP due diligence, and pipeline tracking.

• Internal coordination: work closely with investment and finance teams to ensure information accuracy and consistency.

• Processes & compliance: optimize internal reporting workflows, support audits, and meet regulatory requirements.

• Investor CRM management: maintain data, communications, interaction history, and follow-up with LPs and prospects.

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Experience: 3–6 years in Investor Relations or Fundraising in Venture Capital, with direct exposure to public institutional LPs as well as private investors.

• Education: Economics or Finance; engineering is a plus (MBA or postgraduate preferred).

• Languages: English C1 (required) and Spanish native or equivalent.

• Technical knowledge: familiarity with fund structures (commitments, management fees, carry) and metrics DPI, TVPI, IRR, NAV.

• Tools: advanced command of investor CRMs, presentations, and AI-based tools for analysis and automation.

• Skills: excellent communication, data-driven mindset, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and in an organized way.

• Certifications (CFA, CAIA, ESG) are a plus.
