Buscamos un/a becario/a de Venture Capital altamente motivado/a y con pasión por la IA para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta es una oportunidad única para obtener una visión profunda del mundo del capital riesgo, participar activamente en el proceso de inversión y trabajar de cerca con startups disruptivas de IA. Serás una parte integral de nuestro equipo de inversión, ayudándonos a identificar nuevas tendencias, evaluar oportunidades y apoyar a nuestras empresas de cartera

Responsabilidades:

Análisis de Mercado e Investigación: Realizar investigaciones de mercado en profundidad sobre tendencias emergentes en IA, identificar sectores clave y mapear el panorama competitivo de startups.
Detección de Oportunidades (Deal Sourcing): Ayudar a identificar y evaluar posibles oportunidades de inversión, lo que incluye la revisión de presentaciones (decks), la participación en eventos de la industria y la construcción de una red de contactos.
Análisis de Inversiones: Colaborar en el proceso de due diligence para startups preseleccionadas, analizando modelos de negocio, tecnología, equipos y proyecciones financieras.
Soporte a Empresas de Cartera: Asistir en el apoyo a nuestras empresas de cartera existentes, lo que podría incluir investigación de mercado, análisis competitivo o ayuda en la preparación de materiales para rondas de financiación.
Creación de Contenido: Contribuir a la creación de informes, notas de inversión y otros materiales para el equipo y los inversores.
Gestión de Datos: Mantener y actualizar nuestra base de datos de CRM con información sobre startups y oportunidades de inversión.

¿Qué buscamos?

Estudios: Estudiante de grado o máster en campos relevantes como Negocios, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Computer Science o un campo relacionado con la IA.
Interés en IA: Una verdadera pasión y comprensión de las tecnologías de inteligencia artificial y su impacto potencial en diversas industrias.
Habilidades Analíticas: Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de investigación, con la capacidad de sintetizar información compleja de manera clara y concisa.
Proactividad y Curiosidad: Una mentalidad proactiva, orientada a los resultados y con ganas de aprender y asumir nuevos desafíos.
Comunicación: Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita excepcionales, tanto en español como en inglés.
Herramientas: Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis, hojas cálculo y presentaciones, también de herramientas basadas en IA.
Experiencia Previa (Deseable): Aunque no es obligatoria, se valorará la experiencia previa en startups, consultoría, banca de inversión o entornos de Venture Capital.

We are looking for a highly motivated Venture Capital Intern with a passion for AI to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into the world of venture capital, actively participate in the investment process, and work closely with disruptive AI startups. You’ll be an integral part of our investment team, helping us identify new trends, evaluate opportunities, and support our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth market research on emerging AI trends, identify key sectors, and map the competitive landscape of startups.
Deal Sourcing: Help identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including reviewing pitch decks, attending industry events, and building a network of contacts.
Investment Analysis: Collaborate on the due diligence process for shortlisted startups, analyzing business models, technology, teams, and financial projections.
Portfolio Company Support: Assist in supporting our existing portfolio companies, which may include market research, competitive analysis, or helping prepare materials for funding rounds.
Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of reports, investment memos, and other materials for the team and investors.
Data Management: Maintain and update our CRM database with information on startups and investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in relevant fields such as Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or an AI-related field.
Interest in AI: A genuine passion for and understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their potential impact across various industries.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.
Proactivity & Curiosity: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Tools: Advanced proficiency in analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as AI-powered tools.
Previous Experience (Desirable): While not mandatory, prior experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or Venture Capital environments is a plus.
