We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team. This role will allow you to work closely with partners, senior executives, and other analysts, participate in fundraising activities, and engage with a diverse base of investors, with whom we actively share deal flow.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis:

• Conduct due diligence and analysis of investment opportunities in technology startups.
• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as growth potential, market size, and valuation.
• Prepare financial projections and analyze financial statements.

Investor Relations:

• Research and analyze market trends and fundraising opportunities.
• Support the creation of investor materials, including presentations, performance reports, and market updates.
• Manage relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring effective communication.

Fund Operations:

• Monitor fund performance metrics and prepare strategic reports.
• Collaborate with investment and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain and update the CRM database, recording key interactions with investors and startups.

Strategic Support:

• Participate in investor meetings and assist in preparing follow-up communications and due diligence requests.
• Contribute to the fund’s capital-raising strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

Academic Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in alternative funds, investment banking, or asset management. Experience in regulated funds is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting processes and administrative contract management.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI-based tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create data-driven analyses and recommendations.
• Proven skill in preparing presentations and creative storytelling.

Languages:

• Advanced English proficiency (essential). Additional languages are highly valued.

Personal Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactivity, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
• Interest in developing within the venture capital sector with a clear growth trajectory.
